There are angels. We are from Canada on our way too our yearly Motor Maid convention in Springfield MA. While riding in the beautiful USA the kickstand spring broke leaving me the only option.. a bungee cord. Extremely inconvenient as you can imagine. Its late on Saturday and we need a dealer. On arrival parts tells us springs are on back order and it will be at least a week. In desperation we then headed off to the service department. Our greeter (sorry I don"t remember your name) takes the broken spring and tries finding a used one. When that doesn't work he offers to heat it to bend it back" While he's gone the service manager (David) comes over and says to me "we are going to take the spring off that bike (pointing) and put it on yours. OMG can't believe it. I could have cried with delight. After a few days of struggle there's hope. They were all good company while we waited then after a few hand shakes.. noo hugs from these 3 senior gray hair ladies we were off again. These men at Central Maine HD went above and beyond in our time of need and to my surprise "No Charge", They were our angles that day.

We were traveling and needed a service. I called the dealership talked with the service department explained the situation. They were able to get us in and even took the time to fix a recall issue with my bike. The service staff, the technician and even the owner all took the time to talk with us explain what needed to be done. They made sure we were taking care of comfortable at the dealership while we were waiting and showed us around the dealership. This was a great experience and what the Harley Davidson family is really all about!! So nice to see a dealership that has the feel of a family.

I can't even begin to say enough positive comments about your service department and the mechanics in the shop.
Short story : While returning home from a long ride to the east coast (PEI) and back (Ontario), I noticed in New Brunswick that my tires were now in a lot worse shape than I imagined and it would be unsafe to try to complete my ride as is. The rear was a blowout just waiting to happen due to cracks in the tread face and the front tire face had become cupped all the way around. After calling a number of HD dealers along my route home, Central Maine were the ones that came through. They found the right tires in stock and went WAY out of their way to accommodate the installation on the spot! Despite a full day of service plans, they made time to fit me in. Before the end of business that day, I was on the road again, much safer than when I arrived. The service advisor definitely went beyond the call of duty to help an unknown traveler caught in an unfortunate situation, and the mechanic who did the work took the time to explain everything that was done. I bought a2022 Road Glide and was in need of my 1000 mile service and couldnt get it in to where I bought it until July. I called Central Maine Harley and left a message on the phone for Dave in service . To my surprise I received a call back after hours of the business and it was Dave setting me up for service in less than two weeks. I already had 900 miles and did not want to go over. When I arrive at my appointment the bike was brought in to the shop and I was on my way home in2.5 hrs. While I was there I was greeted by several of the staff and had great conversations with them and felt welcome there . I will continue to do my business with Central Maine Harley as long as I own a bike . Dave thank you for going above and beyond.

While on a trip to Bar Harbor from Michigan my 2014 Ultra gave me some trouble that I wasn't ready for. I called Central Maine HD and spoke to Dave the service manger. He took the time to walk me through all the codes on the bike to assure me that nothing major was going on and sent me on my way. No sales for them, but a great service to me. I've heard of this kind of service but never experienced it.

Id leave 6/5 stars if I could. David, the service and parts teams really up and above. I lost the water pump on my CVO Limited while -1300 mi into a 2k mi ride. They had the part, talked me in and fit me in to the service schedule to get back out in the road. Service also updated the flash to the antilock brakes and fixed a disconnected wire on the heated grips while they had it. Also, huge shout out to the girl to at the accessories desk. She used her computer to find our next motel and helped us find an awesome scenic route to get there. Thank you Central Maine Harley - you saved our trip and made some friends. You folks are all awesome!!! (Shout out to all the customers that came and went while we were waiting - all made us feel welcome and we shared a few laughs and some great stories while we waited)

I recently had service on my 2016 FLHTK performed by the best parts and service department ever!! David (The service manager) was timely in getting me an estimate and an appointment. He and his team had the repairs done in a jiffy and Dakota (The parts professional) had the parts ordered and there when they needed them.A few weeks later....I had an issue with the bike and once again this crew was fantastic.David was on vacation,so Charlie (Dave's stand in) was just amazing. He answered all my questions and checked on warranty information as well.I soon dropped the bike off and in no time Charlie called to tell me it was ready to go.I waited a few days so that Dave could work his magic and detail the bike before I picked it up.I did not purchase the bike from Central Maine Harley,however,when the time presents itself,I will buy from this dealership no question about it. So....in closing let me thank David,Dakota AKA "Dax" and Charlie for there amazing service and attention to detail. The owner of this dealership should be very proud of all of you. I can't thank you enough. Superb service. If I missed anyone,thank you as well.

Rented a 2014 street glide while on vacation in Maine, Ashley the rental Manager was absolutely Awesome, very professional. Thank you for helping me finally realize my long held dream of learning to ride. Your Riders Edge course brought me from knowing absolutely nothing to developing the skills I needed to ride with competence. Your staff, the professional instruction and your training course made for an unforgettable weekend. After the course was completed, I picked up a bike and continued drilling and practicing on the local school parking lot every day and taking short rides around town, putting myself into lots of slow-speed maneuvering (especially hill start and u-turn) situations. With what Jim taught at the course and my extra practice, these things are now happening naturally. This morning I took my longest ride (40 miles), out to Glenburn and back. I couldn't be happier. I experienced a problem with my 2012 Harley, Switchback while on a ride Friday afternoon, May 31, 2013. The battery discharge light came on while I was traveling south on Rt 1A, near Frankfort, ME. I pulled off the roadway and turned off the engine. I waiting a couple of minutes and started the bike. I discharge light did not come on, so, I proceeded on my way, but the light appeared again. I decided to take the bike to Central Maine Harley. While I was enroute about five minutes from the dealership the electrical system lamp appeared. I proceeded to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager, David Messer. He said they were very busy and since it was a Friday afternoon they would try to get my bike back to me by Wed, June 5th. He said if there was a window of opportunity they get to me sooner. David called me Sat morning, Jun 1 and said my bike should be ready by noon. The problem was a voltage regulator. We were having very nice weather and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by David Messer and his department. David and the Service Dept are to be commended for their outstanding and prompt service.

I came to the shop on Labor Day weekend. The first leg of our trip and my engine light came on. The service manager was very gracious and got my bike into shop in a timely manner. Within a half they were done. Luckily it was only a short in the cruise switch. Two thumbs up to the crew. It is nice to know the customer still comes first at Certral Maine H-D

Today my tire blew out on the highway. I was stranded and the owner Brian came to pick me and my bike up and took us to shop. They were willing to stay after they closed just so I could get new tire installed and I could get home an hour away. The whole team treated me great on site. My next street glide will definetly be at Central Maine Harley. Thank you so much for great service!! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!
