Your Riders Edge course brought me from knowing absolutely nothing to developing the skills I needed to ride with competence. Your staff, the professional instruction and your training course made for an unforgettable weekend. After the course was completed, I picked up a bike and continued drilling and practicing on the local school parking lot every day and taking short rides around town, putting myself into lots of slow-speed maneuvering (especially hill start and u-turn) situations. "I experienced a problem with my 2012 Harley, Switchback while on a ride Friday afternoon, May 31, 2013. The battery discharge light came on while I was traveling south on Rt 1A, near Frankfort, ME. I pulled off the roadway and turned off the engine. I waiting a couple of minutes and started the bike. I discharge light did not come on, so, I proceeded on my way, but the light appeared again. I decided to take the bike to Central Maine Harley. While I was en route about five minutes from the dealership the electrical system lamp appeared. I proceeded to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager, David Messer. He said they were very busy and since it was a Friday afternoon they would try to get my bike back to me by Wed, June 5th. He said if there was a window of opportunity they get to me sooner. David called me Sat morning, Jun 1 and said my bike should be ready by noon. The problem was a voltage regulator. We were having very nice weather and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by David Messer and his department. "I came to the shop on Labor Day weekend. The first leg of our trip and my engine light came on. The service manager was very gracious and got my bike into shop in a timely manner.
